1. Who we are – and who we are not
This website (arborgroves.ca) is owned and operated by Team Shailesh Realtors ("we", "us"), real estate sales representatives registered in Ontario and trading through RE/MAX Ultimate Realty Inc.. We are not the builder, developer, vendor or owner of Arbor Grove. Arbor Grove is built and sold by Royal Pine Homes ("the Builder"). We are independent real estate representatives who may assist buyers with the purchase of homes in the community. Unless disclosed in writing, we are not employees, partners, joint-venturers or agents of the Builder and have no authority to bind or speak for the Builder.
2. Credit and intellectual property
Royal Pine Homes, Arbor Grove, and all related names, logos, trademarks, site plans, renderings, photographs, descriptions and marketing materials are the property of Royal Pine Homes and/or their respective owners. They appear on this website solely to identify and describe the community and to give the Builder full credit. No ownership, endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation is claimed or implied by their use. All rights remain with their owners. If you are a rights holder and want content changed or removed, contact info@teamshailesh.ca and we will act promptly.

All Royal Pine Homes and Arbor Grove names, logos, trademarks, site plans, renderings, photography, maps, text and other digital assets shown here are the exclusive property of Royal Pine Homes and/or their respective owners, and are displayed for identification and information purposes only, with full credit to Royal Pine Homes. They are artist's concept, subject to change without notice, and may not be copied, modified, reproduced or redistributed without the written permission of Royal Pine Homes. Their appearance here does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. Royal Pine Homes has not reviewed or approved this website unless it states so in writing.
3. Information is general only – no reliance
All information on this website, including prices ("from the mid $700s*"), sizes (1,600 to 2,160 sq. ft.), features, finishes, lot types, dimensions, site plans, maps, nearby amenities, distances and release dates, was obtained from the Builder or public sources, is believed to be accurate but is not verified or guaranteed, and is subject to change without notice. Prices and specifications are subject to change. All images, renderings, plans and landscaping are artist's concept, not to scale, and may differ from what is built. Maps and distances are approximate. Features and fees are as advertised by the Builder; confirm all terms, fees, taxes, levies and closing costs in the Builder's agreement of purchase and sale. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a solicitation, an agreement or a guarantee of availability, pricing, release date, or access to any home. Registration does not reserve a home, secure a price or create any obligation for either party. You should rely only on the Builder's written agreement of purchase and sale and its disclosure documents, and obtain your own independent legal, financial and tax advice before purchasing.
4. No professional advice; no liability
Content is for general information and is not legal, financial, tax, investment or real estate advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our brokerage, and our respective officers, employees, representatives and affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, cost or claim (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise) arising from your use of or reliance on this website, from errors or omissions in it, from any change, delay, cancellation or withdrawal of the project or its terms by the Builder, or from any act or omission of the Builder, its consultants or any third party. The Builder is solely responsible for the design, construction, warranty, delivery and sale of the homes. Any claim regarding the homes, construction, deposits, warranties, delays or contract terms is a matter between you and the Builder.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any duties a registrant owes under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 and its Code of Ethics.
5. Representation and conflict of interest
When you register we may follow up to offer real estate services. If you are already represented by another brokerage under a valid agreement, this website is not intended to solicit you. Any representation relationship with us arises only through a separate written agreement. Builder-side commissions, incentives or compensation, if any, will be disclosed as required by law.
6. Registration and consent (CASL)
By submitting the registration form you consent to being contacted by us by email, phone, SMS or other electronic means about Arbor Grove and related new-home opportunities. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@teamshailesh.ca or using any unsubscribe link. Provide only accurate information about yourself.
7. Privacy
We collect the information you submit (name, email, phone, postal code, preferences, and comments) to respond to your enquiry, to provide information about Arbor Grove, and to offer related real estate services. We store it securely, and we may share it with the Builder or its sales representatives if needed to process your registration or request. We do not sell your personal information. Registration details are held for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at info@teamshailesh.ca. This site uses essential technology only to operate; third-party content (Google Maps, Google Fonts) is subject to those providers' own policies.
8. Third-party links
Links to the Builder's website or other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Shailesh Realtors and our brokerage from claims arising from your misuse of this website or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. We may update this page at any time; continued use means you accept the updated terms. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
